Your support of Philly Pours will benefit RHD's Children's Services. Resources for Human Development, an innovative human services nonprofit in Philadelphia, is a pioneer in creating effective and therapeutic services that have helped thousands of children and their families achieve their behavioral and educational goals. RHD’s Children’s Services continuum is very diverse, with a solid network of resources and the ability to provide different services based on the needs of different populations.

“RHD helped me and my family tremendously,” said Jerkisha, whose daughter is in RHD’s High Fidelity Wraparound program. “When my daughter first started the wraparound process she was making F’s in everything. Now she’s making A’s and B’s. RHD helped me be a better parent to help my daughter. All the services were just great. I would recommend them to everybody.”

RHD specializes in creating unique, person-centered services for children, such as RHD’s Early Intervention program, which provides services for infants and toddlers, birth to three years, with developmental delays. The program has a family focus on skill training to enhance children’s developmental skills. After Noah spent several months in Early Intervention, his family saw significant results.

“Noah has learned how to walk, and he’s learned how to speak more," said Noah’s mother, Jaime. "RHD made a big difference for us.”
