About Philly Pours

Resources for Human Development is honored to welcome Canon as presenting sponsor for Philly Pours 2019, a unique event featuring elite beverages and grand cuisine taking place at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) on June 26, 2019. A great party for a great cause, Philly Pours benefits RHD's Children's Services.

Thousands of vulnerable children rewrite their future when RHD professionals ease their experience away from trauma and academic challenges to calm and learning.

Quincy Harris, host of “The Q” on Fox 29 will be your celebrity MC for Philly Pours. “The Q” is a daily half-hour show filled with pop culture, music and celebrity guests. It’s taped before a live studio audience and airs weekday afternoons.

RHD is proud to welcome City Winery and Kiki Vodka as our premier wine and vodka partners. With their “Indulge the Senses” mantra and locations across the country, City Winery pairs the culinary experience with the cultural experience by combining a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food and wine classes, private events and fine dining. Their newest location opens this fall in Philadelphia’s Fashion District. Filling the need for a gluten-free, GMO-free vodka distilled in the U.S. the Kiki Vodka Company was founded in 2015 after intense research and handcrafting. Kiki delivers on the promise of a delicious, pure vodka, as American as the Liberty Bell herself. Kiki is your go-to vodka for any occasion or no occasion at all.

The Philly Pours VIP event will feature an exclusive cheese and wine workshop and tasting with acclaimed food writer and cheesemaker Alex Jones and Raul Mesias, Director of Wine Sales for City Winery.

Canon, a longtime supporter of RHD, provides industry leading enterprise, production, and large format printing solutions, supported by exceptional professional service offerings.

Quincy is host of “The Q,” a daily half-hour show filled with pop culture, music and celebrity guests. It’s taped before a live studio audience and airs weekdays at 12:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Fox. The show debuted in September 2016, and in June 2017 it aired at FOX-owned stations in New York City, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Detroit, Atlanta, Minneapolis and Charlotte, NC.

Quincy joined the FOX 29 news team in May, 2014, as an entertainment correspondent for “Good Day Philadelphia.” Over time, his role grew, and “Q Deezy” became a regular member of the Good Day team, reporting daily from remote locations in the viewing area.

Prior to joining FOX 29, Quincy was in the forefront of radio entertainment for more than fifteen years. From coast to coast, he held on-air personality positions at Power 99 FM’s "The Come Up Show" and Power 106 FM’s "Big Boy's Neighborhood."

For three years, Quincy was the host of his own show on Hot 107.9 Philly. “The Q Deezy Show” brought forth compelling interviews and topics regarding pop and urban culture.

He produced and acted in his own film, “Exit Strategy,” in 2012, and he hopes to produce more films in the future.

Quincy received his Bachelor of Arts in Communication (Broadcasting Communications and Mass Media) from Temple University.

In his free time, Quincy is involved with the Salem Baptist Church of Jenkintown and participates in a series called “Salem Salon,” where he serves as a mentoring voice to youth, speaking about the tough issues facing them today.

A Philadelphia native, Quincy now lives in Montgomery County, PA, where he enjoys working out and spending time with his wife and two sons.
